Context
The random discharge of industrial waste water from the textile
industry in Suzhou has led to a sharp decrease of 70% in the
coastal mangrove area in the past 30 years. Many unique species in the forest area have been severely hit. The habitat of Suzhou Moon Bay Egret Destroyed, migratory birds also lost an important transit point.

The Visitor Center will be designed as:
1) A protection and education center for the egret habitat.
------RESPECT and CELEBRATE the site
2) Egret Feathers Research Center for recycled textile materials.
------Use recycled textile materials as a medium of interaction.
3) A new urban clothing fashion center.
------Visitors take the lifestyle of egrets as inspiration and interact with recycled fabrics to challenge the status quo of the fashion and apparel industry.

Better Solution
The design purpose is to raise people's awareness of the
protection of egret habitats and guide people to rethink the
relationship between bird protection and fashion. By using recycled textile materials as an interactive medium, we invite users to take the lifestyle of egrets as inspiration and interact with recycled fabrics, educate people to pay attention to the protection of egret habitats, and challenge the status quo of the fashion and apparel industry. The fashion pavilion competition aims to link the aesthetics of birds with fashion and architecture. The exhibition hall is located in the natural habitat of the Egret in Moon Bay, Suzhou, overlooking the distant view of the natural habitat.
